Return & Refund Policy

At Alice & Benjamin Collection, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered and received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Return Process

  1. Request a return by contacting us at info@alicebenjamincollection.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
